Conor has been big game guiding for the past eight years, and he guides in game management unit 20 located in the heart of the Alaska range. Hunts can be arranged for Dall sheep, Grizzly bear, Black bear, Moose and Wolf.

Alaska • Hunts are conducted in Game Management Unit (GMU) 20, one of Alaska's most game rich environments. GMU 20 is home to the largest moose density in the state, allowing for a healthy population of grizzly bear, black bear and wolf. Along with a large moose population, GMU 20 supports an abundant amount of Dall sheep one of Alaska's most majestic big game animals. Our hunts in this area are conducted by horseback allowing for hunters to cover vast areas and be rested for a trek up the mountain after the trophy of a lifetime.

Shots are usually 20 to 35 yards. 6 full days of hunting so you'll have plenty of time to get those trophy birds. All hunts are done in December or January so bird plumage is the best for taxidermy.

Valdez • The Alaskan moose is truly the largest of all moose species. The area we hunt has the genetics for world class trophies, and the opportunities are high to harvest an animal in the 60" and higher range. Brown Bears - We are fortunate to be hunting an area that has produced exceptionally large bears. They grow big because there is an enormous amount of food, salmon, blue berries, and other rich foods to consume each year. Mountain Goats are an animal that I believe are truly underrated. The beauty in these magnificent creatures is absolutely breathtaking. They are quite the challenge and live in breath taking beauty. We work hard to harvest Billies 81/2"or larger,averaging 9" category. Black Bears are an animal that you can hunt anywhere in North America. What makes Alaska different is the quality of their coats.I have not experienced anywhere, even the interior, the unique hide of the bears we hunt.

Alaska • It is important to hunt with the right weapon. I recommend at a minimum a .338, .375, or a .416 caliber weapon. The most important thing is that you have chosen a weapon that you are comfortable and proficient with. Ideally, we try to get within 100 - 200 yards of our target, no further. You need a good quality, low power scope, because in some situations we are relatively close to the target.
