At Southeast Alaska Guiding, we specialize in individual big game hunting in the southeastern part of AK. All trips are boat based hunts for trophy brown bear, mountain goat and coastal black bear. To provide for the utmost success and quality of your guided hunt we allow only one to two hunters per trip.

Hunting in our great state of Alaska is a way of life. We have been partaking in big game hunting activities our whole lives, and would like to pass our knowledge on to you. Your guides are familiar with all of Alaska's hunting laws, have in depth knowledge about the big game they guide you for and know the terrain they hunt in like the back of their hand. Their knowledge and experience will be past on to you, like how to maximize the chances in finding, stalking and taking your trophy animal.

Pricing Details

Black bear

Our rates are $6500 for a 7 day hunt, with a maximum of 2 hunters. For non-hunters we have a $300 per day price

Spring Brown Bear

11 - 13 days - $18,500 (2016) Two hunters only Non-hunters $300 per day

Fall Brown Bear

11 - 13 days - $18,500 (2016) Non-hunters $300 per day

Mountain goat

9 days - $13,000 (2016) Non-Hunters are $300 per day

Black bear

A 10% deposit will confirm your hunt more than one year in advance. Refunds can be processed if the cancellation is 120 days prior to your hunt or the hunt is rebooked at a full rate less a 10% cancellation fee. Our price includes pick-up from airport, plenty of good food and company, trophy care preparation and all fishing gear for salmon and halibut. 

Brown bear

40% deposit confirms hunt. 10% will confirm hunt more than one year in advance.Refunds made if cancellation is 120 days prior to your hunt or the hunt is rebooked at the full rate less a 10% cancellation fee. Price includes pick-up from airport, plenty of good food and company, trophy care and preparations. Also includes all fishing gear for salmon and halibut.
