Description

Fully guided sea duck hunt. We do most of our hunting out of our 25 foot duck boat. All hunts are done over decoys. Shots are usually 20 to 35 yards. 6 full days of hunting so you'll have plenty of time to get those trophy birds. All hunts are done in December or January so bird plumage is the best for taxidermy.

What to Expect

Expect to shoot lots of shells and bag 15-20 birds for the taxidermist. This is not a "pile" shoot. You will be picking out mature drakes just to mount and scratch off your bucket list. But I promise you will still shoot 5-8 boxes of shells while you're here. Sea ducks are very hard to bring down.

Weapon Details

12 or 20 gauge shotgun with modified or full choke. 2,3, or 4 shot steel.

Pricing Details

Everything is included except airfare, alcohol, shotgun shells, licensing and gratuity. $1000 deposit need to hold your booking.

Permit & Tag Application Process

You will need an Alaskan small game license, Alaska state duck stamp and federal duck stamp.
