Poor results on initial use

I bought Liquid Luck Attractant Spray from Big & J thinking it might help later in the season with drawing in more deer. So to test, I sprayed some about 30 yards from a normal feed sites that gets hit like clockwork daily. It scared the deer away. I watched them come in, sniff the air, flag, and turn and run. Thinking maybe it was a fluke, I tried it on a different spot on my property within 50 yards this time of a well used trail. The trail camera showed the same behavior: they got within distance of my camera and then other photos show them turning and walking away. They stayed away from both until we had about a week of solid rain. Now they have finally started coming back. It didn't work at all for me. Had opposite results of what was advertised.
