Pyre is on fire!

I bought the Pyre jacket and bibs to replace a worn out set of cold weather bibs and jacket that I have had for years. Let me say clothing has come a long way since I purchased that worn out set.

The Pyre jacket and bibs from Badlands are extremely warm and comfortable to wear. I guide for whitetails in northern Michigan and we can have some pretty cold hunts in late November and into December. I was able to wear this jacket and bibs with only a light merino layer underneath. I am very pleased with the quality construction and warmth.

The outer shell could be a little more quiet. I did notice some noise when traveling through the woods from tree branches and brush rubbing against the outer shell.

All in all I found the Pyre jacket and bibs to be an excellent choice for keeping me warm in the woods.
