Export controls may require a person desiring to export a good to obtain a permit, license, or furnish certain information to the government in advance or may outright prohibit the export based on the country, desired transferee, or specific end‑use.

By purchasing any export‑controlled items – whether identified above or otherwise – the purchaser explicitly agrees that the purchaser:

1.
Is a “US Person” as defined by applicable export law
2.
Does not intend to export the purchased goods unless they have obtained the applicable export permit as required by the DDTC or BIS
3.
Does not intend to transfer the purchased goods to a foreign person or entity within the United States unless they have obtained the applicable export permit as required by the DDTC or BIS
