British Columbia • Canadian Moose, Alaska-Yukon Moose, Mountain Caribou, Elk, Rocky Mountain Goat, Dall Sheep, Stone Sheep, The Grizzly Bears, and Continental Black Bears, Big Game Season in Northern British Columbia and the Yukon runs from August 1st through October 31st. Each hunt is five, seven, 10 or 14-days long. This does not include traveling days. Hunting in early August are mainly Stone Sheep and Dall Sheep, however, the hunter can also collect Wolf if the chance should arise. Elk and Moose season opens August 15th and Caribou September 1st.

Yukon, Canada • In our Yukon and Northern British Columbia properties, the majority of our hunting is done on horseback with some hunting being conducted by boat and backpacking. We have a string of reliable horses, well adapted to the mountainous terrain. A guide skilled at stalking game, handling horses and caring for trophies, accompanies each hunter. All hunts are one on one. In most cases, hunters and their guides operate from spike camps, cabin and/or tents away from base camp. This is accomplished easily with sturdy horses equipped with the best of saddles and pack gear; allowing the hunter to cover more ground and increasing his chances of collecting a trophy animal.

We specialize in combination hunts for Mountain Caribou, Mountain Goat, Canadian Moose, Black Bear and Wolf. Mountain Grizzly and Stone Sheep are available by special arrangement. We also provide hunting opportunities for these species as single animal hunts. We have six camps located in the area but only hunt one or two at a time, and rotate camps to ensure there is no pressure on any one portion of the area. There is boat hunting on big lakes and / or backpack hunting, hiking mountainous terrain, but returning to a main camp each night for excellent home cooked meals and a warm cabin. Of course , on the horse trips you will take either day trips or longer jaunts depending on the situation. This is tailored to the individual hunter's needs and expertise.

New Mexico, United States • As fall rolls around, green leafed quaky aspens transform into golden meadows of beauty and splendor. Bugling bulls now come to life as the "season" is in the air. Herds of rutting elk now fill the voids that were once just meadows. The competition for breeding rights is now in full swing! Our hunt begins with early morning hunting excursions including scouting and exploring, with a return to camp by late morning for breakfast and a quick siesta. We will be hunting again from early afternoon until dark, and back to the lodge for a hot, homemade meal. Accommodations consist of lodging, all meals, all access to the ranch, a guide for each hunter, and trophy care. SBO Antelope hunts are conducted on ranches of 1700 to 41,000 acres and are either 2 or 3 day hunts depending on state region. The hunts are self-guided with SBO personnel available to offer assistance. Hunters provide their license, lodging, food, and transportation. SBO provides the ranch permits.

Washington, United States • Bear hunts last four days. We will be hunting on old logging roads with numerous berry patches in the area. Hunting open hillsides with rocks, coming out of orchards and covering country are how we pursue these animals. Hunting starts the beginning of August and runs through the first part of October. Early in the season it can be pretty hot, so most of the hunting will be done early in the morning and just before dark. Deer - Nobody has to battle the deer hunting crowds on public land where 1 in 10 hunters successfully find a legal buck. We guarentee you'll find a buck you'll want to shoot. Turkey hunts last three days. If you have never experienced the rush of a big Tom gobbler running into your calling, you are missing out! This is very similar to elk coming into your calls. You hear them gobbling and getting closer, then all of a sudden, they appear right in front of you.
