Northwest Territories • Spring Spot and Stalk Bear Hunts in the NWT Canadian Wildlife Adventures, in the Northwest Territories (NWT) is offering 5 full days of Spot & Stalk Spring black bear hunts. We are able to take 6 hunters maximum per hunt date. In the NWT it is illegal to bait bears, so this is a spot and stalk hunt that will by roads, trails, and could be on rivers in some of our areas. Looking for a thrilling bear hunt with a little bit of a challenge? A change from a sitting and waiting for a trophy bear to show up at your bait pile. Spring in the NWT is the ideal time for spot & stalk black bear hunts. At this time of the year, bear hides are in prime condition and colour phases are beginning. Cinnamon, brown, blonde and jet black bears can be found in this area. The NWT holds 1,000's of square miles of amazing boreal wilderness, offering our guides plenty of bear hunting territory to work with. Spot and Stalk Black Bear hunts are an adrenaline filled adventure every hunter should experience! The bears are hungry after a long winter sleep and are on the move searching for fresh new vegetation. At this time of year it's common to see multiple bears a day and on a "bear day" when the conditions are favourable 5-12 bear is normal, sometimes with several stalk attempts. Most bears are solid black, to black with a white blaze, Our bears will average 5 1/2 - 6 feet squared with the monster boars going 7 feet.  We hunt for these bears from our camps in the NWT. We can accommodate up to six hunters at once. If you want a black bear and the opportunity to hunt a black bear with us the NWT has significant numbers, we will boast a 100% opportunity rate, not to mention a quality experience in a must see area of the world!

Northwest Territories • Arctic Wolf / Wolverine Hunts The wolf is a signature statement in any trophy room. This is a pinnacle hunt, you are seeking to successfully hunt one of the most cunning apex predators in Canada. The Arctic wolf is the premier wolf in the wolf species. The hide on these wolves is simply stunning. Expect to travel many miles by snowmobile in sleds each day with your guides looking for fresh wolf sign. When the pack is located it is not uncommon to be able to harvest more than one animal. The areas we hunt are so remote that the wolves rarely if ever see humans.       Wolf hunts are tough…maybe the toughest hunt out there. Wolves are an apex predator that is cunning and survives by its wits and stamina. To be successful you will need a lot of stamina and patience. Our Territory Our area is located in the northern barren-lands region of the Northwest Territories, Canada. We are located past the boreal forest into the barren-lands, that are renown for their giant lakes and river drainage that makes for a game rich environment. The wolf population on the barren-lands is high with populations estimated in the thousands. You will be remote, which puts you in the heart of where these majestic arctic wolves live. All of our Lodges lie within the Northwest Territory CLOSED caribou zone. The winter Mobile Bathurst Caribou closed Zone (the closed mobile zone moves with the caribou migration). Caribou are a main food source and the wolves follow the caribou herds. This is a prime area for arctic wolves and wolverines. The Hunt This is a spot and stalk hunt, which means you'll be glassing areas that have central barren-land caribou. The wolves follow the caribou, we find the caribou and the wolves will be near. You will be out hunting for ten hours a day. What to Expect Long hours travelling and glassing for wolves, you will need to come prepared mentally for long periods of sitting glassing. Absolutely ensure you are dressed appropriately to stay warm. Staying focused for the duration raises your opportunity of success to 75% success on a shot opportunity. The thrill of a success on harvesting a wolf in the depth of winter is exhilarating. Getting Here Your starting destination city is Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. You will need to fly into Yellowknife the day before on an early flight. You must attend the Environment and Natural Resources Office in Yellowknife to purchase your Wildlife certificate and your hunting license. The next day you will be boarding a charter flight that will fly you into the lodge to begin your hunt. We work to book early morning flights so that you are into camp to get your rifles shot and get you settled into camp and out on the Tundra hunting. Once you arrive at the charter plane your trip begins. Your flight is approximately two hours and you need to dress warm for the flight. Hunt Schedule All of our wolf hunts are minimum 8 full days of hunting. Once you leave on the charter flight begin to look for animals out your windows they are there and it's exciting to see the activity. When you arrive into camp you will sight in your rifle and get your gear organized. We will have a safety meeting and discuss the trip and answer any questions. Breakfast will be at 6:00am till 7:00am leaving the lodge at 8:00am. Lunch will be a bagged lunch with snacks, with thermoses and water for the day. Evenings will have you back at the lodge by 7:00pm for a hot supper, in warm accommodations and then after supper there is socializing. There will be opportunity to view the Aurora Borealis in the evenings and we encourage you to take it in. The NWT are recognized as having spectacular northern lights and you will have zero light pollution. Yukon • Grizzlies are a trophy experience of a lifetime! There is a good population of grizzlies within the area, as they are managed well, so it is not uncommon to spot or see signs of bears throughout your hunt. The Yukon has become the world's hunting destination for a first class Alaska/Yukon Moose. The Alaska/Yukon Moose are of the largest subspecies of Moose within North America. The average span of their antlers range from 57"-60" but the Tombstone is known for moose that exceed 70". We hunt both Fannin (Stone) and Dall Sheep. You will notice a wide variety of color ranging from dark Stone to light Dall. The Tombstone has taken exceptional Mountain Caribou every year. We have a good population of the local Hart River herd in our area. Mountain Caribou are an excellent add-on to our sheep and moose hunts, or can be a separate hunt throughout our season.

Ontario, Canada • Our spring season begins on May 25th and going till June 15th start baiting one month before the season starts to make sure we attract and hold every bear in the area. A lot of time is spent checking baits to ensure the success of our hunts. We can cater to either gun hunters or bow hunters. The average distance to a bait a gun hunter will have is around 30-40 yards. Bow hunters will be set up 15-20 yards away depending on finding a useable tree/wind direction. The density of bear in this area are some of the highest in Ontario with 40-60 bears per 60 square miles. As provided from a recent survey by our Ministry of Natural Resources. You will be hunting in our bear management area so you will not encounter other hunters from other tourist outfitters. We only take a limited number of people to make sure we are successful in the future as well. So space is limited.
6-Day Archery or Gun Whitetail HuntStarting from $1,500
Ontario, Canada • Come hunt Mature Whitetail deer in Beautiful Ontario. Our hunt consist of a 6 day hunt except for the 1st week being that the Gun hunt will be starting on a Monday but accommodation will be provided for 7 days. You will be hunting on one of the many active baits (consisting of corn and apples) in the area. The average distance from the blind to the bait is around 40-60+ yards during the gun hunt and 20-25 yards during the archery hunt. Hunters will be hunting from treestands. You are welcome to bring your own treestand. Baiting begins October 1st to insure all deer familiarize themselves with all of the baits. To insure a good hunt, all Gun and Archery hunts will take place in different areas within WMU 55A and WMU 57.
