• We offer hunting packages for Whitetail Deer, Moose and Black Bear. Dryden is legendary for its giant bucks; "big bodied deer", with high scoring, heavy antlers. Eton/Rugby as the gateway to the Mafeking Loop boasts some of the best trophy Whitetail hunting in Ontario. Our lodge is located in the middle of our Black Bear Management Area (BMA) so hunters have only a short drive to the baited stands.
Black Bear populations are high with the average Black Bear weighing 250 pounds but bears up to 450 pounds have been harvested. Each year 1 rifle Bull Moose tag or 2 archery Bull Moose tags are issued to our camp in WMU 8. Our camp is about 45min on logging roads to the southern boundary of WMU 5. Bull Moose in our area are common in the 1000 to 1200 pound range. All our hunting guests enjoy a high success rate with any of the three guided hunts.
