Doubled Up Guide Service in Shell beach, la is a family oriented, locally owned and operated fishing guide service by Capt. Mike Stearns. We target speckled trout, redfish, flounder and sheepshead year round, specializing in "Sightcasting Redfish" Capt. Mike is a native of South Louisiana and has been fishing the shell beach/Delacroix/Hopedale area as well as the Biloxi Marsh his whole life. He has a great love and passion for the outdoors and strives to give all his clients the experience of a lifetime. All Captains are USCG Licensed and Insured and extremely knowledgeable of the marshes surrounding the Louisiana Coast. We can easily accomodate large parties or corporate groups utilizing up to ten boats with lodging available upon request and scheduling. Our boats leave the dock at safe light providing you with 8 hours of fishing from 6am - 2pm. Children ages 7+ are more than welcome on any of our boats and the Captains love to give advice and fishing tips as they are the future of this amazing sport. What to Expect

• All tackle with tournament grade Penn reels and Daiwa rods

• All fuel, ice and bait (Artificial and Live bait when available and in season)

• Personal fishing tips and guidance

• 8 hours of fishing action from 6am - 2pm (Leave the dock at safe-light)

• Fish cleaning and packaging is provided free of charge for all of our customers

• Can easily accommodate large parties or groups

Gear & Equipment

All tackle with tournament grade Penn reels and Daiwa rods is included.

What to bring

• Fishing License (Res. or Non-Res. 18 & older) ​​- Snacks and drinks for the day of your choice
• Hat, sunglasses, raingear, non-marking shoes
• Sunscreen, bug spray (If necessary)
