Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made 3 months or more before the scheduled hunt date will receive a refund of 25% of the total trip cost. • Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the scheduled hunt date are non-refundable. • Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or early departures. 3. Rescheduling: • Participants may request to reschedule their hunt up to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled date, subject to availability and approval. • A rescheduling fee of 500$ may apply. 4. Camp/Accommodations

Fully outfitted with camp cook, 3 meals a day. Hunters will stay in a camp trailer or a outfitter tent, which ever they may choose, and an opportunity to kill a deer of a lifetime
