Wade fishing is a great way to experience our local rivers, especially some of the smaller drainages and to access areas the boats cannot. Wade fishing offers anglers a great interaction with the guide and an ability to learn and concentrate on fly fishing techniques or a particular stretch of river. Wading is great option for anglers looking to hone their skills with a professional guide while stalking wild trout The primary rivers we wade are Gore Creek and the Eagle River, but we also have access to the Roaring Fork, Colorado and Freemont Canyon in Wyoming.
Pricing varies depending on the number of angers. Included in all trips: Rods, reels, leaders, tippet, flies, bottled water, waders and boots. *** Trout Trickers does not have any hidden fees or after trip charges***
We practice catch and release only, no exceptions. An iced cooler with bottled water will always be provided on all trips; on full days, lunch will be provided, but may be also added to half days for $20 per person. We will always accommodate any food related allergies or concerns. Local transportation can be provided from area hotels and residences at no additional charge.
All trips require credit card information at the time of booking. Payment is not processed until after completion of trip. Additional payment methods are cash, check or venmo. Cancellations under 48 hours are not eligible for a refund and will be charged 100% of trip price. Weather in the Rockies is unpredictable and can change quickly, because of this we fish rain, snow or shine. If the conditions are determined to be unsafe, hazardous or unfishable by the guide, we will work with you to reschedule your trip.
