ELK HUNTS: Our elk hunts are mostly spot and stalk and calling depending on the area the elk are using. We also have blinds and stands. We know the land very well and it is our job to put you in front of elk. Trust us to do our job as we put a lot of time and energy into glassing, scouting, trail cameras and studying their habits. We want you to be successful with your elk hunt and will do everything we can to make that happen. You can expect to see ranges from 250-330+. We do have elk over the 350 mark, but the big boys get big for a reason.

We offer guided hunts on over 35,000+ private acres in the beautiful Lemhi Valley unit 29. The property is mountain timber, sagebrush flats, willow bottoms and agricultural fields and is located south of Salmon, ID and 2 hours from Idaho Falls. OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU: These hunts will all be conducted 100% on private land, as we do not guide off the property. We do not guarantee our hunts. We cannot control the weather, the animals, the rut, or any other thing Mother Nature can do to change our conditions. We do promise that our property and bordering lands hold the animals you are after. Our continued client success and business relies on us making sure you have a good experience and opportunities at the animals you are after. We are 100% Fair Chase! o All prices are per person and subject to change without notice. o Wolf tags are $31. We allow these to be hunted free of charge with every hunt. o Hunters arrive at 3 PM on the day of their hunt and depart by 10:00 AM the morning of their last day. Unless other arrangements have been made. o Deposits are non-refundable and must be paid by check or credit card (3% additional fee). 50% due at booking of hunt, and remaining 50% is due 120 days prior to hunt date. Premium hunts are paid 50% down and 50% due by May 1 of booking year. Hunts not paid within 119 days of hunt are subject to be cancelled and no refund will be issued. In an emergency situation we may be able to transfer to a future date if needed or another party. o Hunts booked after May 1 must be paid in full (Cashier's Check ONLY, no exceptions) o There is great fishing on the local Lemhi and Salmon Rivers. We also have some good fishing on our creeks on the property. We do not guide or fish with you off the property. o Licenses, tags, and permits are not included in your price. You must purchase these prior to hunting. You are responsible for purchasing the proper tags and in a timely manner. Do not buy the wrong tags, if you do not know, please ask prior to buying. o Cow elk can be added to must hunts for $1500.00 if tags are available

2023 Idaho State License and Tag Fees: (Prices are Approx. and always subject to change) License: $204.00 plus $10.00 Access yes fee Elk tag: $651.00 Deer tag: $351.00 (can be put on a bear or cougar) Antelope tag: $342.00 Bear tag: $231.00 Wolf tag: $31.50 Fishing: 3 Day is free with your hunting license or I think its $12 a day to add additional days. If you choose to pay for your hunt with a Credit Card, there is a 3% Charge to the cost of your hunt.
