HUNTING EQUIPMENT:
A permit is required for firearms upon entry into South Africa.
You may bring 11 lbs of ammunition per caliber you intend to use.
.375 Legal minimum allowed for Elephant, Hippopotamus, Cape Buffalo & Lion
.30-06 Legal minimum allowed for Leopard
.270 Legal minimum allowed for Antelope
Bows Legal Minimum 50lb draw weight, 100g broad head
BOOKING & PAYMENT:
A deposit equal to 1/3 of the quoted amount is required in order to secure your booking.
Confirmation of the safari dates are only finalized upon receipt of deposit.
The remaining balance of the safari quote is due at least 30 days prior to commencement of the hunt.
Any additional trophy fees must be paid in full by means of credit card or cash on the day of departure.
An additional 3% will be charged for all payments made with major credit cards and 8% for American Express.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposits on hunts cancelled within 6 months of the safari commencement date shall be forfeited in full. Cancellations more than 6 months prior to the safari commencement date shall be refunded 50% of the deposit. Day fees are non-refundable if client choses to not stay for full term of the quoted days.
WOUNDED ANIMALS:
It is common hunting practice that trophy fees are paid for any animal shot or wounded.
In the event that no animal carcass is found but traces of blood are found, the full trophy fee is payable.
DAY FEES INCLUDE: Accommodation, meals, local wines, local beer, soft drinks, laundry service, daily chalet maid service, a fully licensed Professional Hunter, hunting vehicle, trackers, skinners, cooks, lodge staff.
RATES EXCLUDE: Flights, relocation fees, accommodation before arrival and departure from camp, tips & gratuities, liquor, dipping & packing, documentation shipping, taxidermy of trophies, medical rescue and/or services.
LIABILITY: It must be noted that there are inherent dangers, hazards and risks ("Risks") associated with Safari Activities and injuries resulting from the Risks are a common occurrence. It is essential that lawful instructions of the safari operator are strictly followed. It is recommended that all parties take out personal insurance to cover both your person and your property in the event of such Risks occurring. Duduma Safaris(pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any liability, damage, loss, penalty cost, accident or illness (of whatsoever nature or howsoever arising) suffered by any party. The client indemnifies DudumaSafaris in terms hereof.
Duduma Safaris retains ownership of any/all species harvested until final invoice is paid in full.
