Terms & Conditions

*Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A $100 deposit will be charged up front for booked guide trips. Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is done within a 14 day period from the trip date. Inside the last 14 days deposit is forfeited. If trip is canceled by Berkshire Rivers Fly Fishing due to weather or unfavorable conditions 100% of deposit will be returned. Deposit is due within 7 days of receiving invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days your spot is no longer guaranteed.
