Rock Canyon Ranch offers both the traditional and super exotics. The exotic hunts are a fantastic off season adventure, as these animals can be hunted all year long. Three days of meals and lodging are included with all packages.

Terms & Conditions

RANCH AND HUNTING POLICY

• All deposits are non-refundable and due upon booking and will be $500 x per days of hunt.(** Example: 3 day hunt $1500 deposit**). Turkey and Dove hunts deposits are half of the hunt price.

• Balance is due 30 days prior to all hunts. EXCEPT: Trophy Whitetail hunts and Exotic Hunts these balances are due upon harvest/opportunity of animal.

• Rock Canyon Ranch reserves the right to set prices on individual animals if it is of extreme trophy status.

• Broken Tines: if obvious will be counted on final B&C score for Whitetail trophy bucks. *But will only go up no more than one price bracket.

-*** TO YOUR BENEFIT*** ONLY PAY FULL PRICE OF THE HUNT IF THE HUNTER HAS A LIGITIMATE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE THE DESIRED TROPHY WHITETAIL OR EXOTIC HE OR SHE BOOKED THE HUNT FOR, OTHERWISE JUST THE DEPOSIT/DAILY RATE IS DUE. ALL OTHER HUNTS, FULL PRICE IS DUE PRIOR TO HUNT.***

• All scores are gross B&C green scores within 24 hrs. of harvest.

• The guide will let the hunter be aware if the BUCK/EXOTIC is close to going over his/hers desired budget in the price bracket he has chosen. When it is difficult to make an accurate judgment of the BUCK'S/EXOTIC'S B&C score or length, then the decision to shoot will be left to the hunter and will be responsible for any additional charge.

• If the guide calls a B&C SCORE/LENGTH out to the hunter prior to shooting a BUCK/EXOTIC and the B&C score or length of the BUCK/EXOTIC after harvest is more than the guide had stated, and has gone into a higher price bracket there will be no additional charge to hunter.

• Wounded animals (any sign of a shot impact) are considered dead and WILL be paid for.

• All hunters are guided or accompanied during any outing on Rock Canyon Ranch.

• Non- hunting Guests $150 per night.

• Extra days of hunting will be $500 per day extra half days $350.

• GRATUITY: IT IS CUSTOMARY THAT A 10% TIP FROM THE PRICE OF THE HUNT GO TO THE GUIDE. ALSO A 3%TIP TO COOK AND 2% TO CLEANING STAFF. IF YOU FEEL YOUR GUIDE, COOK, OR THE CLEANING STAFF IS NOT DESERVING OF GRATUITY PLEASE BRING IT TO OUR ATTENTION. THANK YOU

• To reserve the entire ranch groups of 6 hunters or 6 animals paid for are needed.

• No alcohol beverages are allowed, before/during hunting hours for hunting guests.

• ROCK CANYON RANCH OFFERS 13,500 acres of which 6000 acres are high fenced and 7500 acre low fenced that makes for a fair chase, free range hunting experience.
