Open year round, deep water species offer quality fishing when other species may be out of season. If you have not tried this yet, you need to add Deep-Dropping to your "got to do list". On our Deep-Drop trips you will be fishing coral, rocks and ledges in 400´ to 1000´ of water. Don't worry, all of this type of fishing is done with modern electric reels. This is some of the least physical fishing we do. It is ideal for all ages. we offer Deep-Dropping trips out of both Ft. Morgan, Alabama and Venice, Louisiana. Because of the distance we have to travel to get to deep water, Deep-Dropping requires at least a 12 hour trip. We also offer Deep-Dropping on 15, 18 and Overnight trips.

The species we target while Deep Dropping are Yellowedge Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Scamp Grouper, Warsaw Grouper, Red Porgy, Longtail sea bass, Barrel Fish, Gray tilefish and Golden tilefish. We also occasionally catch Almco Jacks and Amberjacks.
