As is obvious, our outfit is a family-owned and operated business with father, brothers and sons who have depended on, and have obtained an understanding for these mountains and their inhabitants over the past 70 years.

With the exception of Black Bear, all big game licenses in our Wyoming units are dealt with on lottery system, with the application process beginning the first of January. Each hunting group, or individual, must send in an application for each species they wish to apply for. After learning of your success in the drawing, hunting dates can be confirmed.

Terms & Conditions

For summer activities, a deposit of half the total trip will be required to hold desired dates. Hunting trips require a $700.00 deposit. Total or partial amount of deposit for any activity can only be refunded in the event of illness, death, or some other reasonable manner of cancellation.

In the event that Beard Outfitters should cancel for any reason, total amount of deposit shall be refunded, and the above mentioned shall make every reasonable attempt to make other arrangements for you.
