Cancellation Policy & Booking Your Reservations: To book a reservation for specific dates, a $500 per person non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due 90 days prior to your reserved trip dates. Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may use your deposits for the following year if we receive a cancellation made in writing to our main office 90 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. No refunds if cancellations are made within 90 days of your scheduled arrival date, unless client or Rod N Real Charters can resell your trip. We highly recommend "travel insurance" to guard against any unforeseen circumstances which may arise for your protection There are several travel insurance companies online, or you may go to (url removed) and click on the "Travel Guard" button to obtain travel insurance for your trip.
