Description

Our hunting area is set deep in the Sapphire Mountains of West Central Montana. Our elk and deer bow and rifle hunting camps are accessed only by horses and mules. Elk numbers are strong in this particular area of Montana. In 2000 and 2005, a portion of this area burned and has provided some excellent elk habitat for hunting.

If you have never hunted or chased mountain lions with hounds, you are in for a great adventure. This is all we do for the entire winter! We offer fully guided 7 day mountain lion hunting trips or mountain lion photgraphy trips by the day. You will be responsible for lodging and dinner meals, we provide breakfast and pack lunches. We can recommend a good place to stay in town.

Pricing Details

Mountain Lion Hunt:

7 day guided mountain lion hunt - $6000/person Non-hunters accompanying a hunter $250/day.

Archery Elk Hunt:

Archery Hunt prices are $5500 per person. 2 hunters per 1 guide. $6500 per person. 1 hunter per 1 guide.

Rifle Elk Hunt:

Rifle Hunt prices are $5500 per person. 2 hunters per 1 guide. $6000 per person. 1 hunter per 1 guide. ***Opening week price exception - $6500/person. It is a 2x1 hunt ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: Guided hunts include lodging, food, and professional hunting guides. You'll love the excellent home-cooked meals and relaxing atmosphere of our deluxe wall tent camp. Transportation to and from the airport is not included, but can be arranged for $100 round trip. License fees, gratuities, taxidermy fees, and meat processing fees are not included in the price of this hunt.

Non-hunting guests are welcome. $250/day/person. Usually, we accept 2-4 hunting guests for one week.

Terms & Conditions

The deposit required on all hunts is 50% of hunt price. This amount is applied towards the hunt of your choice, with the balance due in the form of cashier's check or personal check 30 days prior to your hunt start date unless other arrangements have been made. Our policy for deposits is that all monies paid are non-refundable, and are considered as partial payment for the services of reserving time and space on the schedule and advance preparation of equipment and supplies for your guided hunt. We recommend that you obtain trip insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that might cause cancellation of your trip or hunt or any medical emergencies.
