Terms & Conditions

When booking a hunt we require a 50% deposit. The balance of the hunt is due upon the arrival at camp. Method of payment may only be made in guaranteed funds. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. If you wish to pay your balance by check, payment must be made 60 days prior to the start of your hunt. No exceptions!

Cancellation policy: If you are not able to make your hunt you can transfer your deposit to the next available season for that species. Prices change yearly and you may lose part of your deposit due to rising costs.

If for any reason we must cancel your hunt you will be reimbursed for 100% OF THE MONEY YOU HAVE PUT DOWN ON THE HUNT.
