Terms & Conditions

A $2000.00 deposit is required to book a hunt. Half the remaining balance on spring brown bear hunts is due January 15th on the year of the hunt, with the final balance due on March 1st. On fall bear hunts the balance is due by September 25th. On all other hunts the full balances are due 20 days prior to the hunt. Deposits on any hunt canceled 6 months or more in advance will be refunded fully. On hunts canceled less than 6 months in advance, I will refund any difference left after discounting the hunt because of re-booking on short notice. Realistically, in this situation, you would normally lose your deposit. In certain unfortunate circumstances I may choose to apply all or part of the deposit towards a future hunt.
