With growing up being an avid bird hunter, I loved the sight of a good bird dog pointing a covey of quail and the adrenaline rush of them scurrying up in front of me. I've hunted quail all over East Texas and West Texas my whole life.

We lost wild quail here in East Texas close to 25 years ago and with quail leases out west being harder to find, at least with a hunt able population, me and my youngest son ( Cord ) decided to put in a bird hunting resort. Our goal was to raise a great flying bird, that could come as close as we could get them to being like wild birds.

Half-Day Hunting (Prices are based on 4 hunters)

• Pheasant $375/6 pheasants per hunter
• Quail $375/15 quail per hunter
• Chukar $375/6 chukar per hunter

Upland-All-Inclusive Packages (Priced Per Person)

1 Day/1 Night:

• Half day hunt with meals/lodging: $550
• Full day hunt with meals/lodging: $675

2 Day/1 Night:

• 2 half day hunts with meals/lodging: $925
• 1 full day hunt and one half day hunt with meals/lodging: $1050

2 Day/2 Night

• 1 full day hunt and one half day hunt with meals/lodging: $1225

3 Day/2 Night

• 2 half day hunts with one full day hunt with meals/lodging: $1600
