Description

Kaska Goose Lodge is located near the tip of a pie-shaped island in the Kaskattama River delta. Our 4,000 foot runway is a short distance from the lodge. A series of driftwood blinds have been strategically established along the east and west shores of the island as well as inland along beach ridges under the cover of willows and stands of pine.

Gear & Equipment

Here is the list of items you are definitely going to need:

• Wind & waterproof, breathable camo hunting clothing;
• Waterproof knee-boots, (waders available at the lodge);
• Gloves and warm headwear;
• Personal items and toiletries;

Weapon Details

20 or 12 GA shotgun with plug for magazine for semi-automatic and piump shotguns

Pricing Details

USD$ per person. Includes roundtrip air transportation between Winnipeg and the lodge, accommodations in fully-modern guest cabins, meals, ground transportation from the lodge to the hunting blinds

Camp/Accommodations

Kaska Goose Lodge facilities consist of a main lodge and two fully-modern guest cabins, each accommodating up to 8 hunters.

Physical Requirements

Hunters must be able to climb stairs to board and deplane charter aircraft. Must be able to walk distances of less than 50 yards.

Permit & Tag Application Process

Hunters must purchase their Manitoba Migratory Game Bird hunting licenses through the lodge
