Description

This is a 5 day Spot and Stalk Hunt for Spring Black Bear, I have maintained a 50% Black Bear harvest. I would be 100%, But I Do Not shoot Small bears! I consider a 6' black bear and bigger a shooter, a 5'7" color phase bear and bigger a shooter. This area has the highest Black Bear population in Montana, with 1.4 bears per Sq. mile, with a regional harvest of 50% on color phase bears. Though the Spring Black bear season opens on April 15th I do not offer hunts till May 1st do to the possibility of the lack of green up earlier in the season. Clients usually see from 11 to 16 bears on this 5 day hunt.

Pricing Details

• 1 guide:1 client - 5 day hunt $2,500 per person
• 1 guide:2 clients - 5 day hunt $2,000 per person $500 extra each person to include Spring Turkey Non Hunters @ $125 per day per person

 Maximum Party Size of 6 Hunters

Terms & Conditions

Deposits & Payments:  Bookings require a 50% deposit with hunt balance due by April 15th. Deposit is non-refundable. Clients who terminate their hunt early, for whatever reason, will not receive a refund for remaining days.
