Sunfish Valley Whitetails is located in south central Ohio, in the counties of Pike, Adams, Highland, Ross and Scioto. The majority of the property we are currently using is in Pike County. We own over 15,000 acres of land in south central Ohio. We are based in the small town of Latham, OH. We are a family owned business and began our operation in 2007. Even though we are relatively new to the outfitting business, we recognize and have addressed the problems, associated with a large part of the whitetail outfitting industry, and have designed our business to try to eliminate those problems!

It is our desire to offer a top quality experience for every hunter that books a hunt with us. We believe that you should be involved in the decision making process during your hunt, and by keeping the number of hunters low, that allows us to work with each hunter on a individual basis to give you the quality hunt you are looking for!

Pricing Details

2014-2015 Fully-Guided Deer Hunts:

• Packages from $1,200 to $3,000
• Sunfish Valley Whitetails requires a deposit of $1,000.00 to book your hunt

Sunfish Valley Turkey Hunts:

• Five day semi-guided hunt is $750 per hunter ($150 per day)

• Three day fully guided hunt -- $850.00

• Includes lodging and home cooked meals

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

A hunt must be cancelled 45 days prior to the starting date of the hunt. There will be a cancellation fee of $125.00 per hunter. Failure to announce a cancellation will result in loss of any deposit or moneys surrendered, with the exception of documented medical emergencies, immediate death in the family or natural disasters, deemed pardonable by Sunfish Valley Whitetails.

Rebooking Policy

All of our hunters will have first option on re-booking a hunt for the next season. You will have two weeks from the end of your hunt to do so. Failure to rebook within 2 weeks from the end of your hunt will forfeit this option

Group Rates

Groups of 4 or more receive $200.00 off per hunter on 5 day hunts
