Hunting Big Old Management Bucks.........My criteria for a management buck is a buck that won't ever bust 180" gross B & C. I try to let all of the bucks in my area grow to at least 5 year olds.......by then I can tell if they need to live and grow/breed a couple more years and qualify for a true trophy Mule Deer or get hunted as management bucks. This is a hell of a hunt for a big mature Mule Deer for a fraction of the price of my Trophy hunts.
