Terms & Conditions

2015 hunts a 50% deposit is required at time of booking hunt, balance of hunt is due by June 1st on Aug. thru Sept. hunts. Spring brown bear hunts on Kodiak a 50% deposit is due upon notification of successful draw which is usually 15th of Feb. and balance is due April 1st. Other spring hunts grizzly and black bear 50% due at time of booking and balance due April 1st. Fall Brown Bear hunts on Kodiak deposit due at time of successful draw which is around the 10th of Aug. Final due Oct. 15th. For hunts booked beyond 2015 a 25% deposit is due at booking to hold a hunt spot and dates for that year, the 25% due is due Dec 1st before the hunt and balance is due June 1st of that year. If the hunt is cancelled, and we have adequate time as determined by the outfitter to resell the hunt, we will refund the deposit less 25%. If the hunt cannot be rebooked, deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another party. Exceptions can be made in an emergency.
