COBERLY CREEK OUTFITTERS provides an all inclusive, 5-day hunt with lodging and meals at the ranch, your choice of transportation for the hunt either by horse or ATV, the services of a professional guide, and pack service for your animal. You are responsible only for your personal gear, weapon, game license, meat-packing and shipping.

FULL-SERVICE HUNTS (GMU #15): Coberly Creek hunts are designed for the hunter looking for outstanding hunting while enjoying a warm lodge and hot meals. These hunts are limited to 4-6 hunters with one guide per two hunters.

****ARCHERY /MUZZLELOADER $750/day/hunter

Fully guided archery hunts may be booked on a daily basis for $750/day. There is a 2-day minimum for guided archery hunts. This price includes lodging, meals, and guide service. See below for trespass hunt information.

RIFLE HUNTS...........................$3,800/hunter

*COMBINATION HUNTS (add)...$300/hunter

**TROPHY FEE (add)....................$200/animal

*Combination hunts include hunts for both deer & elk or hunts for both bull and cow elk.

** Trophy fee covers caping the animal and preparing it for mounting.

LATE SEASON COW ELK HUNTS:

These hunts are private land only and are fully guided. They include transportation around the mountain and packing out of game.

Day Only cow hunts (no lodging or meals)-------------$500/hunter

Full Service cow hunts (includes lodging and meals)-------------$650/hunter/day

TRESPASS ONLY HUNTS (GMU#15 only)

Depending on bookings for full-service hunts, some trespass hunts may be available for the various seasons.

Terms & Conditions

HUNTING DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY: A fifty (50%) percent deposit is required upon booking. The balance of fifty (50%) is due upon arrival for your hunt. Any cancellation received prior to March 1st will receive a refund less a $100 fee. Cancellations received prior to June 1st will receive a fifty (50%) percent refund. No refunds will be given for early departure or late arrivals on any hunt. All cancellations must be in writing.
