This 2600 acre private cattle ranch is loaded with mature birds. The ranch lies in Levy County and is recognized by NWTF as having pure Osceola genetics. It is quite common to see 50 to 100 turkeys per day while hunting, with many Toms in groups of 5 to 10. These birds are not call shy, due to the lack of hunting pressure on the private ranch.
The Spring Turkey Season opens March 15th and we offer 9 hunts running through April 15th. Make this early season hunt your first stop on your quest for the Grand Slam. We have experienced near 100% success on this ranch for the last 5 years.
All our turkey hunts are for 2 days, usually filling tags on the first day. The hunter is responsible for their own meals and lodging in nearby Chiefland, Florida. We provide all transportation while hunting on the ranch. Additional hunting days can be provided for $500.00 per day should the birds not cooperate.
