Utah Early To Late Season Gear List
I have been hunting deer and elk for as long as I can remember and started guiding hunts when I was 16 years old. As I got older I became interested in Buffalo hunting and after a few years of learning the unit in Utah, I started guiding for Buffalo. Over the years the season dates of the bison hunt started to change later and later so I had to change gear and learn more about better and more technical gear in the industry. Over the years, hunting gear, clothing, and many other things saw a big swing to lighter more breathable gear to go farther with less or layer up and be warmer than ever.

Optics are the most important gear you need to have a successful or unsuccessful hunt. Great optics can cost a lot but it is the one area I would not scrimp. You will get what you pay for and good optics usually will not lose value very quick. The reason I use the optics I do is because of the people and quality behind the company or companies.
Backpacks & Gear
Again you get what you pay for, from your pack to what's in your pack quality products will usually last longer then if you go cheap. The reason I use these products is because they have been tested and proven to where I know they will last and do everything I ask of that piece of equipment.
