I mainly use Leupold optics. They're always reliable, clear, and very durable. Not to mention they have a great lifetime warranty. Quality built and can withstand the copious amounts of precipitation we got on the Olympic Peninsula.
Calling elk is one of my favorite things to do in the woods. Phelps has been my go to from bugle tubes, mouth reeds, and external reeds.
I used Mountain House for years but recently switched to Peak Refuel. They have better choices of meals and less salt.
I use Badlands because it's quality stuff that can take abuse in thick nasty terrain. Walking through swamps, blackberries, salmonberries, devil's club and vine maple can take a toll on hunting clothes. Badlands can take it and more. There warranty is the best and find the approach camo blends in very well.
Badlands all the way. Can't say anymore about their products. The best I've used.
I started out as a rifle hunter but have transitioned to mainly an archery hunter. When I hunt for bear and cougar, this is what I go with.
I use shotguns mainly for grouse and turkey.
