Lake Hawea & Wanaka is the ideal spot to spend a few days fresh water fishing. Fish stocks include brown and rainbow trout, and landlocked Chinook salmon. Local Fisheries cater equally for the serious fly fisher, the boat angler or the backcountry fisher. Our guides are available with vehicle support and we also have helicopter and several boats available.
